Return Policy

4. **Return Policy:**
a. Our return policy applies solely to shoes that do not fit the purchaser.
b. To initiate a return, contact our customer support within 14 days from the date of delivery.
c. Shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
d. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
e. Once we receive the returned shoes and verify their condition, we will process the refund or exchange.
f. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase or through store credit.
g. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
h. This return policy does not apply to shoes that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or any reasons not related to fitting.

i. All shoes are checked before shipping to ensure we do not send costumers any fault or damaged shoes.
